How to prepare fenugreek hair mask for treating dandruff? Here’s how
1. Fenugreek or methi seeds
2. A glass of water
3. One lemon
Soak about 3-4 tablespoons of methi in half a glass of water for 3-4 hours or overnight. The quantity of methi seeds to be soaked can be decided as per the length of your hair. In the morning, grind the fenugreek seeds to make a fine paste. Now squeeze a lemon and add one tablespoon of fresh lemon juice to the paste. Apply this paste from roots to tips. Cover your hair with a cap if you wish and leave the pack in your hair for 40-45 minutes. Rinse off this pack with cold water and a mild shampoo that suits you.
