1. Oil your hair daily as it is the only direct nourishment to your hair.
2. Apply vinegar 15 minutes before washing your hair. Vinegar helps to fight dandruff and hence your hair will be dandruff free if you apply vinegar once a week.
3. Switch to olive oil instead of coconut oil, as it will help to control dry and frizzy hair.
4. Wash your hair twice or thrice a week. Due to the pollution and dust, it is necessary to keep your hair clean. However, don’t wash it every day, as excessive use of chemicals will damage your hair.
5. Let your hair dry naturally. Do not use a dryer as it results in thinning of hair and hair fall.
6. Eat protein and vitamin rich food. Diet is very necessary if you want gorgeous hair. In this fast-paced life of ours we tend to ignore our diet and eat unhealthy foodstuffs and this directly reflects on our body and hair. Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. Some of the foods to be consumed are Salmon, walnuts, oysters, sweet potatoes, eggs, spinach, lentils, yoghurt, blueberries and milk.
7. Use good quality shampoo and conditioner and use the one that suits your hair. One can try visiting a dermatologist and asking them to recommend the perfect shampoo and conditioner best suited for one’s hair.
