So the first nail care tip is that whenever you do you dishes, wear rubber gloves. Rubber gloves are very important as they protect you nails form two things, one is the dirt and the second is the hard dish washing soap. The chemicals can do a lot of damage to you skin and it can also make your hand rough. So don’t ever do the dishes without wearing rubber gloves and also if you are about to do some other work gardening, painting your house, cleaning the chimney or any other dirty work then please wear rubber gloves.

Don’t polish your nails too often because it make your nails weaker and that will lead to frequent chipping of nails. Polish your nails only twice or thrice a month and not more than that. Buy high quality nail polish to reduce the damage and be patient while painting your nails.

To remove your nail polish, soak a cotton ball with nail polish remover and gently rub it on your nails until the nail paint comes off.
