Looks and health
Everyone is aware of the fact that in today’s generation looks matter a lot in every field. A person sometimes depends upon his or her looks to impress the other one. Looks play an important role in every individual’s life. However, looks will come into shine only when a person is healthy and fit enough to face the world. Looks cannot be exposed until a person is fit enough to come out and explore himself or herself in this world. Therefore, looks and health go hand in hand. So it is very important to maintain oneself in both the fields; looks as well as health.
Nevertheless, people feel that looking good is much more important than being healthy as they perform so much to become thin and look good. They reduce their daily food consumption, start exercising, take various kinds of proteins and supplements so that they look very good, and all these ways take them to the way of bad health. Also, to make their skin fairer, they apply many kinds of creams and facials in order to make their skin brighter. They don’t realize that these workouts make them internally weak. Looking good is very important but not at the cost of making your health condition bad.
It is said that ‘Health is Wealth’ which means health is the most important factor. We can look good only when we are fit and healthy. A healthy body leads to a healthy look and a healthy look makes you look better. Don’t ignore the fact that looks are very important but a person will look good from outside only when he is perfectly alright from inside. Both these factors play an important role.
Health should never be negotiated with any other factor, as at the end of the day, all that matters is not your looks but your health. If you are healthy, you can make yourself look better the next day but if you are not healthy, looks are of no use for you. In simple words, it can be said that stay fit and healthy and improve your looks.
