DIY hair hydration
Hair tend to get dry and lifeless at times. It is important to restore hair of its shine and health. A variety of things can be done for this like oiling hair, using hair products, hair masks, etc. Try this hydration mask for restoring your hair of its wellness.
You will need:
2. Coconut oil
5. A clean bowl
6. A blender
7. A hair color application brush
Step 1: Take half banana or full banana according to the length of your hair. Cut thin slices and put it in a bowl. Now mash these slices of banana. Banana cures brittleness of hair and also keep them from getting frizzy.
Step 2: Add 4-5 mashed pieces of mango to the mashed banana. Mix well. Mango has huge amounts of minerals and vitamins and it deeply nourishes the hair.
Step 3: Now add 1-2 teaspoons of coconut oil to the mixture. Coconut oil has been used for centuries to cure dry and frizzy hair.
Step 4: Now add a tablespoon of yogurt to the mixture. Yogurt is rich in proteins, zinc and lactic acid which hydrates the hair and promotes hair growth.
Step 5: Put this mixture in a blender to make a lump free smooth paste. Now use a hair color application brush to apply this mask from the roots to tips. Leave it on for 30 minutes and then wash it off with a mild shampoo that suits you.
