Taking care of your hair is as important as any other part of the body as they are as visible as your face. While you tend to cover other body parts your hair are subjected to a lot of pollution, dirt and chemicals.

1. Apple Cider Vinegar
Apply a one to one mixture of warm water and apple cider vinegar to your hair for bouncy hair. Rinse it thoroughly after 5 minutes to get rid of the apple cider smell.
2. Baking Soda
Mix 3 tbsp. of baking soda with some water. Rinse your hair with this solution after shampooing. Leave it on for at least 5 minutes before the final rinse. This mixture of baking soda and water helps to remove the excess shampoo and styling product from your hair.
3. Bottle Gourd juice
Extract some bottle gourd juice and apply it to your hair. Leave it on for half an hour and wash it off thoroughly. It helps prevent pre-mature aging of hair and also helps in curing an itchy scalp.
Amla helps in controlling hair fall. Take half a cup of amla powder and mix it with two tablespoons of castor oil and one full egg and make into a smooth mixture. Apply on the hair and the scalp, leave on for about 30 minutes. Shampoo thoroughly.
Hair is composed of 70% keratin protein and eggs contain protein in abundance. They help in promoting hair growth. Use one entire egg to condition your hair. If you have dry or brittle hair, use egg whites to moisturize your hair. Use ½ cup of any egg mixture and apply to clean, damp hair. Leave it for 20 minutes before rinsing with cool water.
Don’t forget to comb your hair at least twice daily to increase blood circulation in the scalp!
